These terms cover Kaylee's studio text line, (714) 735-5029, run by Kaylee Garcia.

The text line

Kaylee Garcia's studio texts are conversations with Kaylee's clients about their projects: questions, files, feedback, dates and meetings. The line answers the texts you send, and Kaylee may text you about your project once you have agreed to it. It never sends marketing or promotional texts.

• How you agree: on the sign-up page, https://text.risadesigned.com/text/, by ticking the box that says it's okay to text you, or by texting (714) 735-5029 yourself.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. You get one text confirming it, and nothing after. Reply START to turn them back on.
• Reply HELP for help, or email kaylee@risadesigned.com.
• Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Agreeing to these terms is not how you agree to texts: that is the separate box on the sign-up page, or your own first text. This section describes what you agreed to there.
