Kaylee Garcia is an independent designer who builds websites and brand work for her clients. This policy covers what happens when you text Kaylee's studio number, (714) 735-5029.
What is collected

| Your messages | The conversation about your project, so it can be answered and so what was agreed can be looked back on. |
| Photos, if you send one | Passed to Kaylee with your message. |
| Voice notes, if you send one | Written out as text so they can be read. The audio is deleted as soon as it has been written out. |
| Your agreement to receive texts, if you gave it on the sign-up page | The date, the wording you agreed to, and the page it was on, as the record that you asked for these texts. |
How it is used
Only to answer you and to talk with you about your project: questions, files, feedback, dates and meetings. That is the whole list. There are no marketing or promotional texts.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else touches it
Service providers, each doing one job, each bound to use it only for that job:
- Twilio — delivers the text messages.
- flomi — runs the software behind the text line for Kaylee, and stores the conversation and any photos you send (deleted after 14 days).
- Cloudflare — hosts that software.
- Anthropic — helps tidy Kaylee's replies before she sends them.
- OpenAI — writes out voice notes as text.
Neither uses your messages to train its models.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long it is kept

| An opt-out | Kept indefinitely, on purpose. It is the record that you asked for the texts to stop. |
Your choices
- Stop all texts: reply STOP. This is honored automatically. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP for help.
- Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
- Ask what is held about you, or ask for it to be deleted: email kaylee@risadesigned.com.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date above changes, and the current version is always at this address.
